1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and cty999 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). 2. Account Registration

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New cty999 players are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. To receive the welcome bonus, you must opt in at the time of making your first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to one new player per household, device and IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Account Suspension & Termination

cty999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time when requested.
• cty999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal behaviour.
• A player is found to be a minor or to have provided false age information.
• cty999 is required to do so by a regulatory, judicial or law enforcement authority.
• A self-exclusion is active and the player attempts to access or register a new account.

In the event of account closure not caused by player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 10 business days. In the event of closure due to breach, cty999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including deposits and winnings — depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

cty999 provides its services on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cty999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the cty999 platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues or events outside cty999's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes cty999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law. In all other cases, cty999's total aggregate liability to any player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to cty999 during the same period.
